We’ve delivered CAD and Building information Modelling (BIM) services to the mechanical and electrical building services industry since 2010 across multiple types of engagements. Over the years, we’ve built up invaluable processes to engage our engineering consultant and contractor clients into the digital design process. Our BIM expertise and consultancy service enables us to keep consultants and contractors fully informed and involved with the development of the design and quickly adapt to specific requirements such as programming and installation techniques.

We can help with Project Information Modelling (PIM), detailed MEP modelling, 2D drawings, digital twin asset data drops, existing estate digital twin conversions, Revit content creation for products, BIM task team representation, and virtual reality digital construction walkthroughs and issue tracing. From early indicative MEP services for example ceiling void and riser impact analysis on early building design through to a full Asset Information Model (AIM) delivery, we’re experienced in every level of involvement. We cover RIBA stages 3 to 6.

We have in-depth experience of working directly with contractors, installers and maintainers to ensure the intended 3D design is fit for purpose for install and total life-cycle. We are particularly focused on MEP design and modelling services for installation and maintenance purposes.

We provide a complete and traditional 2D drawing service ranging from producing schematics and building detailing to external site services using computer aided design (CAD).

From basic to complex data delivery for building end use with experience in AIM delivery with IFC or COBie through Excel.

We can help with Point Cloud conversions specific to MEP requirements or simple 2D conversion from as-built drawing records.

From complex MEP equipment to furniture, we can create your product in digital form for design companies to involve in their models.

We provide support and representation regarding services delivery to specific requirements such as a client BIM execution plan.

Bringing real world site experience and knowledge into the Digital Construction environment to ensure site awareness and practical experience can be brought into the design or to make your client aware of their upcoming build.

We provide bespoke training specific to your needs either on or off-site. We have extensive experience of providing ‘on the project’ training to our clients to ensure their staff gain the skills they need while simultaneously delivering projects.
